Colorful Faces

A short life, a long road we tread,
Memories dancing around our heads.

Faces we knew, close and dear,
Their images are always so clear.

Those who spoke ill, behind our wall,
Taught tough lessons, standing tall.

Hands that soothed, when we felt low,
Smiling faces, a gentle glow.

Memory's flowers, in life they bloom.
Guarded by charms, dispelling gloom.

Lost ones found, in life's big swirl,
A circle is complete in this vast world.

From loved ones parted, we often roam.
Rarely see faces so far from home.

Life's a land of memories we hold tight.
Long is the path; pain fills the night.

Hearts connected, a bond so true,
Faces etched, forever new.

If just a moment, our paths align,
And then we part, a sad design.

Leaving behind a tearful grace.
Houses of laughter, we once embraced,

Smiling faces we loved so much.
Sweet life's memories, a gentle touch,

Let's leave them for others; paths diverge.
New roads with laughter urge.

More friends to gather, along the way.
Hope's sun will rise, come what may.

Though darkness lingers, a million deep,
Life is conquered, secrets to keep,

Think with kindness, and be so brave.
A breath, our heart to save.

Never turning from sorrow's sting,
A good soul's spirit, on hopeful wings.
